Moparfest 2010 — Sponsorship Programs
Interested in being a Sponsor?

We have standard packages - but we can customize something to meet your company’s needs.
The Automotive restoration hobbyist is an excellent audience for your company. Most of the 20,000 visitors as well as the 1,600 show vehicle owners own multiple vehicles. The average age of both attendees and spectators is 35 - 60 years of age.
Although the majority of the attendees are from south-western Ontario, some of the vehicles that attend the show come from coast to coast across Canada and the USA. We have even given out long distance awards for people in New Mexico & Nunavut, California, BC & PEI.
Where does the money go?.  It’s the only show of its kind which donates the show proceed to Youth and Community work charities. In 2009 — 16 different clubs received $154,800.00 after the event, and in the last 15 years $1,914,800.00 has been raised and donated back to the community. We use your money to help cover the many expenses in putting together a show of this size. Any remaining money is donated back to the non profit charities

Any merchandise donated to us will be used as prizes to be handed out or used to raise money through a draw or auction at the show for one of our many non profit charities involved.

Package  $100.00

·         The sponsors can setup a sign or banner at the show on the show grounds area either on the grandstands railings or fence. The promotional material would be the responsibility of your company and would be installed on Friday and removed on Sunday by 5:30 pm by the sponsor.

·         You can have items/samples/coupons/brochures place in our “goodie bags” which are handed out to all participants & vendors. We give out 1500 bags but any amount is welcome. We will put them in the first bags until the item runs out. If there are extras we will put them on a table for the spectators to pick up.  Regarding goodie bags: These items must be received by the office by July 1st, 2010. 

Package  $300.00

·         The sponsors can setup multiple signs or banners at the show on the show grounds area either on the grandstands railings or fence.

·         The promotional material would be the responsibility of your company and would be installed on Friday and removed on Sunday by 5:30 pm by the sponsor.

·         You can have items/samples/coupons/brochures place in our “goodie bags” which are handed out to all participants & vendors. We give out 1500 bags. Any amount is welcome. ·         Your company logo on our 35,000 full colour “Show Event Flyers”. 5400 are mailed directly to the homes of previous show attendees. The remaining are distributed to hotels, tourist areas and handed out at events across Canada & USA. The mail out date is approx April 1, 2010; all artwork must be received by February 15, 2010.

·         All sponsors are encouraged to have retails program offers to the public at rates only available at the show.  Any promotional draws you have at your booth can be announced throughout the day from the stage. (We will need the wordage for the MC prior to the day of the show)

 

Package $5000.00

·         The sponsors can setup multiple signs or banners at the show on the show grounds area either on the grandstands railings or fence.

·         The promotional material would be the responsibility of your company and would be installed on Friday and removed on Sunday by 5:30 pm by the sponsor.

·         You can have items/samples/coupons/brochures place in our “goodie bags” which are handed out to all participants & vendors. We give out 1500 bags. Any amount is welcome. We will put them in the first bags until the item runs out. If there are extras we will put them on a table for the spectators to pick up.  Regarding goodie bags: These items must be received by the office by July 1st, 2010.

The remaining are distributed to hotels, tourist areas and handed out at events across Canada & USA. The mail out date is approx April 1, 2010; all artwork must be received by February 15, 2010.

·         Your company is given as many as needed free admission passes to the event to be used by your employees or customers.

·         Opportunity to insert something with the confirmation letters mailed to all preregistered Show Vehicle Participants. There are approximately 2000 confirmations mailed out each year.

·         Your company logo, linked back to your web site will appear on every page of the Moparfest website as well as on the Moparfest Vendor page

·         Sponsors are given promotional space on the main stage to hang banner(s) on. Main stage banners are installed by the stage crew and must be made available by Friday August 19, 2010 noon.

·         All sponsors are encouraged to have retails program offers to the public at rates only available at the show.  Any promotional draws you have at your booth can be announced throughout the day from the stage. (We will need the wordage for the MC prior to the day of the show)

 

Plaques  $1500.00 for 1/3 of the bottom of the plaque banner.
                  $4500 for the entire banner space along the bottom.

·        Your company logo, along with 2 other company’s logos or alone, on 1200 Participation Awards — given to 1000 show vehicles and 200 show vendors. These plaques are 5”x7” plaque mounted ready to hang on the wall.
