The Arena is for unique & first time shown vehicles. These are chosen by a committee of Moparfest. We try to have between 20-25 vehicles.

Move in & move out times

Move-in time is Friday between the hours of 11 am & 7 pm. Go to the roll up doors of the arena  

Move-out time is Sunday after the show (approx 4:30 - 5 pm) 

Once your vehicle is in place you must leave it there until Sunday after the show.  

The arena is locked after the show each night.

Price & info

$35.00 for the vehicle and 2 people for both days.  

You will receive 2 armbands to gain admittance on Saturday & Sunday.   You do not need to come to the registration area. Your dash card and plaque for this vehicle will be dropped off at the arena late Friday night. Your ballots will be entered into the draws at that time.   

The "Grand Prize" details apply in the arena as well so you must be present at the time of the draws for the RoadRunner & crate engine to win.

Cancellations

If your vehicle is scheduled for the area and cannot make it please let us know right away so we can let another car go in its place.
If your vehicle is scheduled for the area and cannot make it you can substitute it for another vehicle that will go on the general field, or you can get a refund    (see refunds)
