The final decision, interpretation and enforcement to the below will be made by the Moparfest Show Coordinator.

PARTICIPANT HOURS    -Show hours

Moparfest starts at 8 am Saturday & Sunday morning and ends at 4 pm on each day.

VEHICLES  

Open to all years of Mopars (Plymouth/Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep/AMC/Fargo/DeSoto/Hudson/Willys etc.) as well as customized newer cars & truck that provide a photo and details about the vehicle at the time of registration.

General Field

The vehicles are not parked in classes or body style. If you wish to park with a friend, you must arrive at the same time. The parking is done in the order that you arrive.

Includes vehicle and 2 adults for both days. Kids 12 & under are free. NO pets allowed

Car Corral

The best place to sell a vehicle. The Car Corral is for private individuals (non business).
Just tell them at the gate that that is where you want to go and they will direct you.

The  "Grand Prize" details apply in the car corral as well. When you do sell it, do not let them leave until the prizes are drawn, as you and you vehicle must be present to win.
You cannot sell parts in the car corral. All parts must be sold in the
vendor field.
where you will be parking. - When you arrive at the gate tell them you want to go to the car corral and they will direct you all the way around the track to the correct section.

Arena Display

The Arena is for unique & first time shown vehicles. These are chosen by a committee of Moparfest.
The 
"Grand Prize" apply in the arena as well.

There is no substitutions for the arena.

Who Can Win

All members of OCC Auto Club, the Moparfest Committees and all volunteers are eligible for all prizes the same as anyone else.

HOW TO REGISTER

You can pre register your vehicle until August 1, 2010. After date vehicles can register at the gate on the day of the event. Gate registered vehicles will not be eligible for the 1979 Dodge L'il Red Express.

Print a form off and mail it in to the office with a cheque or International money order

By phone - call the office with the information.  519-342-1284

Fax the information in to the office with a credit card number. 519-342-1285

Mail in your name address phone & email address with the year, make & model of the vehicle on a blank paper with your money to the address below.

Request a copy of the colour flyer and mail back the form on the back of it

Register at the gate on the day of the show.

NEED A GIFT?
Birthday Present, Father's Day, Mothers Day, Christmas?  Preregister them for Moparfest!

BENEFITS OF PRE-REGISTERING YOUR VEHICLE...Preregister  your 1987 and newer Mopar by August 1, 2010 and all the draw ballots, cards etc will be filled in for you. You hang your mirror tag drive in and come to the registration to be put into the draws. Simple as that!

Open to all years of Mopars. Newer vehicles need to be customized. we ask that you email a photo and details about the vehicle at the time of registration.

Gate registered vehicles will NOT be eligible for the 1979 Dodge L'il Red Express.

The registered owner and the vehicle must be present to win.

You fill in one form, send it in and all the paperwork is done for you. Your ballots are filled in - no waiting

You hang your coloured tag & put on our armbands & drive through the participants gate - no stopping

You are guaranteed a plaque at the show. The first 1000 vehicles registered will receive a plaque when you pick up your papers at the registration tent on the day of the show.

If you buy tickets on the ticket car at the same time you could be in an early bird draw.

Participants that preregister will automatically be added to the 2010 mailing list to receive the Moparfest colour flyer. We only mail out once a year and would NEVER give your name to anyone else.

Pre-registered participants will receive a confirmation package in the mail.

PARTICIPANT CANCELLATIONS – Refunds, Vehicle Substitutions

Should you need to cancel up to 1 month prior to the current show you can do so by calling the office at 519-342-1284 and all of the money you paid for the current year can be applied to the next year's show. No transfers after July 15th, 2010.

Refunds will be subject to a 20% processing and handling charge for cancellations prior to 1 month of the current show.

No refunds or transfers will be given for 2010’s show after July 15th 2010, or during, or after the show.

PARTICIPANT  PARKING

We park them as they come in the gate, if you want to park with your friends, then you need to arrive with your friends. It's first come first park. There is a reason for this.. see FAQ

You may put up a “sun shelter” by your vehicle. Please make sure it is securely fastened down so it does not blow into someone’s vehicle.

For insurance reasons we ask that you only drink alcohol in the licensed areas.

Music must be kept at a level appropriate to respect the others around you.

PARTICIPANT CONFIRMATION  PACKAGE

Your confirmation package will be mailed out to you approx 3 months prior to the show. In it you will find you parking pass, armbands, confirmation letter. These CAN NOT BE REPLACED. You will need them to gain access to the show field.

Participants will receive (2) two armbands passes and a numbered tag for each vehicle entered. Extra passes can be purchased at a rate of $10.00 each.

Hang you parking tag from your mirror with the numbers facing out.

PARTICIPANT  WELCOME PACKAGE goodie bag, plaque

All vendors will receive cards to place in their booth as well paperwork for next year’s show. You will be given the option to pay in the current year for the 2011 show to reserve the same space and price.

The first 100 vendor names (not spaces) to the vendor registration tent will receive a goodie bag and plaque.

TRAFFIC CONTROL  

All vendor traffic will be directed to enter and leave the grounds through the participant gate only. It is actually faster as all the vendor vehicles must use their entrance.

HANDICAP  PARKING   

There are designated handicap parking spaces just inside the stone gate that are available with the proper handicap permit.

OVERNIGHT  

Car haulers may be left in the trailer parker section for the weekend

Show vehicles can be left on the show field for overnight. Moparfest has a security people for Friday night and Saturday night, however, the Moparfest Committee, its members, or any of the volunteers are not in any way responsible for theft, loss, vandalism or damage that may occur before, during or after the show. With that said, we have never had a problem in the past 30 years.

People may not stay overnight on the show grounds. Below is a partial list of the accommodations available in the area. It is recommended that you book early.

Breakfast

The Legion (on the grounds) will be providing a full hot breakfast from 7 am till they run out (about 10 am) Cost is $8.

Food

There are multiple food locations setup throughout the field.

Alcohol

in the beer gardens only

First Aid

There will be First Aid available on the grounds during show hours only. The closest hospital is in Kitchener.

ATM machine

There will be ATMs available during show hours at the back entrance of the arena.

Washrooms

Sorry to say, it's mostly porta potties. If you think they are too far away, well that's because they are emptied 3 times per day and the truck must have easy access to them.

ANIMALS  

Dogs (any pets) are not allowed on the grounds. This is because of our insurance and the safety of the people and vehicles.

PARTICIPANT  COMPLIANCE

Should a Participant or Vendor not comply with the Rules and Regulations of the show, the Show Coordinator has the authority to remove the Vendor from the show.
